Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or client servicing

Strong team leadership qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and result-oriented attitude

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions

Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction

Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations) to deliver solutions in a timely manner

Track sales metrics and client feedback to optimize performance

Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials

Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

Provide support in resolving client concerns and escalate when necessary

Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools
